POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Associate Creative Director, you will be a team leader responsible for producing superior creative across all channels for both existing and potential clients. You will oversee creative execution, ensuring teams deliver high-quality, strategically aligned work while managing multiple projects, timelines, and creative resources. You will play an integral role in presenting concepts to clients and guiding them through production. Additionally, you will push the team to take creative risks, ensuring work is persuasive, is unexpected, and exceeds client expectations in both concept and execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the client's brand and the overall industry by leading in the briefing, concept, design, and execution of cross-channel initiatives.Provide creative direction and feedback to creative teams that ensures all creative work aligns with the client's objectives and strategies outlined in the brief.Partner with Account and Strategy teams to ensure that the task is clear strategically at briefing stage, that the deliverables & timelines are clear, and that the needs of the client are being met.Participate in and / or lead client meetings / presentations and develop client relationships.Take direction from creative leaders on creative development; take guidance and rework appropriately.Work collaboratively with Account and Production team to maintain budgets and ensure that internal or client deliverables are executed on time.Set an example for the larger team through establishing high creative standards and overall involvement in the larger agency initiatives.Develop junior teams with careful and consistent feedback, mentorship, and model behavior.Assist with onboarding junior employees-training them on team, agency, and client procedures.Remain current on latest creative trends globally. Stay curious about award shows, past and present case studies, production companies, and everything that is being created by some of the best people and companies in our industry. Only by gaining an understanding of what kind of work moves you, and what it takes to get there, will you then be able to create work that moves others.Stay on top of the latest technological advancements, including design software, digital tools, and platforms, to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative solutions.Remain curious about pop culture, social media trends, and your audience's interests and behaviors in order to infuse culturally relevant elements into briefs and campaigns. At least 7+ years of industry experience in a well-established, creative role with a proven track recordAgency experience working across all channelsStrong creative portfolio highlighting relevant / category experienceSolid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clientsExperience working with large teams in client-facing roleExcellent written and presentation skillsAbility to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentWHO YOU ARE
