The Administrative Assistant also acts as a liaison between departments, staff, and external stakeholders. We seek a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team who will actively uphold and support OCSA's vision and mission. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong independent work ethic, initiative, and self-directed leadership, thriving in a fast-paced environment while quickly adapting to new skills. This role requires managing and executing multiple large-scale projects, including parent / student events, faculty / staff meetings, and social gatherings.
