This role will support the day-to-day management of the valet operation to ensure the operation is fostering an excellent guest experience, good client relations and promoting a professional and courteous image. Additionally, this role will play a key part in creating and implementing a successful staging plan by utilizing all aspects of the locations layout to ensure maximum parking capacity.

Qualifications :

Salary Range : $23.00 per hour (+ tips)

This role is eligible to earn tips in addition to the posted hourly rate.

Education / Experience Required : High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of valet experience preferred.

Availability to Work : Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and / or week-ends may be required.

License Requirement : Must possess a valid state-issued drivers license with current address and acceptable driving record.

Oral Communication : Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.

Written Communication : Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information.

Guest Service : Have a strong guest orientation and positive attitude. Able to responds to requests for service and assistance in a courteous and professional manner.

Judgment : Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
