Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Travel Superintendent with a strong background in managing large-scale hotel projects. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader adept in overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires extensive travel or temporary relocation to various project sites across Colorado.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of large hotel construction projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Lead and manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering collaboration and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with project management teams to align construction schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
- Utilize Procore for project documentation, reporting, and management of construction workflows.
- Develop and manage project schedules in MS Projects, ensuring milestones are met.
- Track project progress, budget, and resources using Excel to report key metrics and make adjustments as needed.
