Job descriptionLicensed Registered Nurse with a valid Colorado nursing license. Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing residential care to the elderly or similar experience with specialized dementia care programs. Prefer two (2) years' experience supervising care teams or running a similar sized department. Strong knowledge of Colorado regulatory requirements and best practices in senior care. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Point, Click, Care (PCC) preferred. Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Assisted Living Director / Registered Nurse / Director of Resident Care

Would you like to collaborate with an Executive Director that is a Registered Nurse and understands the nursing perspective? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assisted Living Director / Nurse / Director of Resident Care to join our team. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all care aspects of our assisted living department, ensuring the highest level of care, comfort, and safety of our residents. You will lead a dedicated team of QMAPs, fostering a positive and nurturing environment where residents can thrive.
You'll work alongside our Memory Support Director, also a nurse, and our Team Operations Director. Our Team Operations Director oversees scheduling and on-boarding of all care team staff and the direct supervision of all care partners.
As the Assisted Living Director / Nurse / Director of Resident Care you'll be responsible for :
- Maintaining regulatory compliance and upholding the highest standards of care.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Assisted Living Neighborhood, including budgeting and resident admissions.
- Supervise QMAPs providing training and guidance needed to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to develop personalized care plans and address individual needs.
- Maintain open communication with residents, families and stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering a sense of community.
