Overview : SpendMend® works exclusively with hospitals, healthcare systems, and higher education organizations. We offer a unique suite of recovery audit, telecommunications, and consulting services.
The Vendor Management Services Auditor position will work directly with the Vendor Management Team Lead with the focus on vendor reconciliation through RNI and Missing Invoice review.
Requirements :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Review purchase orders and statements received from vendors to reconciled RNI reports.
- Review statements received against client systems for status and work with vendors to facilitate anything not received per review.
- Correspond with the Vendor Management team when issues arise, or we need to review with the client.
- Work quickly and efficiently to ensure Vendor Management projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with all Vendor Management coworkers
- Work closely with the Vendor Management Team Lead
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Vendor Management Team Lead
- Assist with training new Vendor Management staff if needed
- Actively participate in team meetings
Skills : The individual must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills to interact with vendors and internal staff. The individual must be professionally minded; well organized; self-directing; possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills and be a highly motivated team player. The individual must be prepared to commit the time and resources necessary to successfully obtain the desired results of the position. The individual must have excellent attention to detail.
