JOB SUMMARY

Manages workers' compensation, auto, and general liability claims from receipt through settlement or litigation including : investigations, determination of liability, settlement negotiations / denials, and the proper management of documentation including private and protected information.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Four (4) years of experience investigating, negotiating, and adjusting claims and claim settlements; of which two (2) years may be substituted for a degree in Business Management, Public Administration or other closely related field.

Must possess current Residence Adjuster's License issued by the State of Utah or be able to obtain licensure within six (6) months of hire date.

Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must successfully pass an initial criminal background check as well as every two years thereafter and continuously meet the requirements of the Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI).
