• Open the restaurant on time and rush ready.
• Execute a pattern of management to assess the restaurant, efficiently run shifts, coach employees, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Execute post rush activities to prepare restaurant for next shift.
• Execute pre-close and closing activities.
• Manage and maintain register operator cash control.
• Ensure all restaurant cleanliness standards are met.
• Utilize food management systems to achieve food cost goals and ensure product quality.
• Maintain restaurant labor to goal on all shifts.
• Execute all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines.
