Job descriptionDemonstrate excellence in salesmanship, creativity, and knowledge of offerings. Responsible for the set-up, maintenance (stocking & cleaning), and operation of the bar, including making liquor drinks and serving guests in a timely manner. Keep the bar clean and organized in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department. Must maintain the organization of product and ensure all products are properly rotated. As a bartender you will have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws. Make safety concerns a priority. Any spills, broken glass, or other unsafe conditions must take priority over other duties.
