As a Gym Coach at Gold's Gym, you will play a vital role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals. This position is based in our vibrant gym environment, where your passion for fitness and expertise in coaching will inspire others to lead healthier lives.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead HYROX-style group workouts incorporating running, sled push / pull, rowing, wall balls, lunges, and other functional movements.
• Scale exercises for various fitness levels and ensure proper form and safety.
• Track and communicate progress with participants using performance benchmarks.
• Promote upcoming HYROX events and encourage member participation.
• Represent Gold's Gym and the HYROX brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of training space and equipment.
• Attend continuing education, HYROX certifications, and staff meetings as needed.
