Job descriptionStarting at $17 / hour, paid weekly Excellent benefits package : Medical, Dental, and Vision Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 : 30 pm Located in Ruther Glen, VA Responsible for processing : Interline Payables, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable Verify and document all billing charges Maintain and track documents related to assigned loads to carriers and their agreed rates and fees to the customers. Complete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices Review invoices and check requests Sort and match invoices and check requests Set invoices up for approval and payment Reconciliation of payments Resolve invoice discrepancies Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries Requires 1-2 years of work experience Requires 6 months experience with TruckMate Software Good organizational skills Strong sense of teamwork Able to adhere to strict deadlines Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft Office Automation Must be able to interact with all levels of Management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
