We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Audi Brand Specialist.
This is more than a traditional automotive sales position.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for automobiles, technology, and working with people, and who is interested in building a long-term career in luxury automotive sales.
Our Audi sales team consists of experienced, long-tenured professionals who work closely together and take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
The right candidate will be comfortable becoming part of this team environment while developing their own loyal client base and professional reputation.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience & Education
Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, particularly experience with a luxury or premium automotive brand, but it is not required.
We are willing to train and support the right individual who demonstrates the communication skills, professionalism, work ethic, technological aptitude, and desire to establish a long-term career in automotive sales.
Previous experience involving sales, negotiation, business development, client relationship management, or closing transactions is highly desirable.
A college degree in Communications, Business, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

We are not simply looking for someone who wants to "sell cars."
We are looking for someone who wants to become an automotive sales professional—someone who enjoys learning the product, understanding the client's needs, developing relationships, negotiating professionally, closing business, and building a long-term book of repeat and referral clients.
