Job Summary
The Brand Strategist at Huntington is responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies that strengthen the bank’s brand equity and market presence. This role oversees market research, analyzes current and emerging trends, and collaborates with various departments to ensure a consistent and compelling brand position and message across channels. We’re looking for a candidate with strong research skills, an analytical and problem-solving mindset, and excellent presentation skills; a marketer with that magical combination of creative storyteller and strategic thinker.
This Brand Strategist will particularly focus on Huntington’s localized strengths – the attributes that make us look, feel and act like the largest community bank in the country. They will uncover unique insights about the market populations of each of our 12 regions while helping us scout new, opportunistic markets. They will help strategize customer experiences within the branch channel, including merchandising, sales, and surprise/delight. And they will architect brand activations in the communities we serve, via event and social channels.
