Pickup and drop-off grade school aged program participants in a safe manner from designated stops to the center and back. General maintenance and custodial duties while not driving.LOCATION : Upper ManhattanRESPONSIBILITIES :

• Pickup and drop-off grade school aged program participants.
• Keep vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
• Inspect vehicle daily and report any operational or structural defects immediately to Director of Facilities.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleaning of vehicle (gas, oil, tire changes).
• Pick up and return vehicle to parking lot.
• General maintenance and custodial duties.WORK AUTHORIZATION & CLEARANCE :
• Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must pass the background check and other pre-employment requirements.SCHEDULE :
• Full-time; 8-hour work day; 40-hour work week
• Monday through Friday; 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PMCOMPENSATION :
• 52,000 per year; paid at $25 per hour
• 2,000 signing bonus; after completion of 180 days of employment
• Eligible for salary increases under the collective bargaining agreement (CBA)

• Commercial Driver's License (CLD) Class B
• Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) Endorsements
• Able to be certified under NY Vehicle and Traffic Law Article 19-A
