Left Hand Brewing Company is looking for an outstanding candidate to join our brewery in Longmont, Colorado, located in the heart of the foothills and gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. A passion for craft beer, and a love of making people the best they can be, is a must.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES :
- Manages all aspects of TR merchandise and POS including, but not limited, to : weekly inventory counts and ordering, daily stocking, maintaining the merchandise backstock in the TR office, overseeing and maintaining the upkeep and appearance of the merchandise area in the TR, and helps disseminate new merchandise and POS information to the staff.
- Places orders for all beer, liquor, other beverages, snacks.
- Orders all cleaning supplies, mats, chemicals, etc.
- Manages and oversees aspects of Arryved and Orchestrated Beer.
- Manages the Tasting Room email inbox.
- Assists GM and Event Planner with as requested with Ales4Females, Foundation, and any member events as requested.
- Assists with bartending behind the bar as requested.
- Oversees all weekly (merchandise and POS items) and monthly (beer, liquor, other beverages, snacks) Inventory Counts and ensures counts are accurate and are submitted to the Accounting department.
- Supports daily retail and register reconciliation and creation of Sales Orders.
- Submits invoices to AP for approval.
- Assists GM with scheduling, tip pools, timecards, and payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Creates purchase orders for all tasting room purchases.
- Analyzes all budgets on a regular basis to ensure appropriate spending.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE :
This is a full time position with a benefits package including 401(k) retirement plan, ESOP, paid time off, and of course world class beer. We do not cover relocation costs.
