CAPITOL POLICE

SUPPORT SERVICES / ADMINISTRATION

POSITION SUMMARY :

This position is in the Support Services Section of Capitol Police, reporting to the Senior Management Analyst Supervisor. This is a full-time position that provides office and administrative support for Capitol Police.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Specific duties include :

Coordinating the operations of the Capitol Police access identification and entry card system;

Conducting press, vendor and construction worker Level I background checks for individuals requiring access to the Capitol Complex, using various databases;

Coordinating administrative activities related to routine procurements for the Capitol Police Business Support Services unit;

Using MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) to purchase routine office supplies; and

Providing back-up support to the Government Operations Consultant III position.

BASE SALARY :

41,200.00

BACKGROUND :

FDLE requires an extensive background process of all recommended applicants.
