The Role
We are looking for an Office Coordinator who will provide business support to the operation and the medical claims processing unit. It will also include data entry and clerical support to the medical claims processing unit.
What You'll Do
At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to the primary responsibilities of the role. The priorities associated with this role are :
- Responsible for receiving, batching, and pre-processing incoming client medical bills for the production team.
- Responsible for assembling processed medical bills with their audit reports, and their packaging for return to clients.
- Responsible for managing payment issuance operations for IMS payment clients. This will include transmitting data files to clients and IMS vendor partners and processing any exceptions, rejects, and check escheatment items post payment issuance.
- Responsible for creating purchase orders to pay IMS vendors timely by tracking their invoices through Solera's AP process and performing the required functions in Solera systems.
- Responsible for contacting clients and following up on outstanding invoices per monthly Accounts Receivable reports produced by Solera Finance team.
- Responsible for ordering office materials and supplies, and renewing licenses for data products IMS uses.
- Responsible for Data Entry of Medical Bills into IMS IMPACT software for further review and analysis by the Medical Bill Audit Team when needed.
- Responsible for processing client requests and communications coming through email, call, and Jira ticketing system.
- Some phone answering, document management, WC-1 data entry, filing and other clerical duties.
