About the Role

Frontera Health is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our Business Operations team in support of our mission to deliver high-quality ABA services across New Mexico and Colorado. You'll work directly with our Director of Business Operations and cross-functional teams to create tools, models, dashboards, and documentation that empower strategic decisions, streamline clinical operations, and enhance the customer experience.

You will play a key role in supporting everything from resource forecasting and clinic performance analytics to tool functionality and customer feedback loops. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on making data useful and actionable in a growing healthcare environment.

What you'll do

Operational Analytics & Forecasting

• Build and maintain resource forecasting models to support staffing and capacity planning
• Analyze clinic performance trends and support data-informed decisions to improve operational efficiency
• Support pipeline management through reporting and analysis of referrals and intake workflows

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.

Expected Salary Range in Denver :

60,000-$90,000
