We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our client's regional team in Fontana, CA , focusing on our hardworking blue-collar workforce.
As the HRBP, you'll collaborate with leadership and managers to deliver innovative HR solutions while staying hands-on with operational tasks. Key responsibilities include :
Leading talent development, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
Managing employee relations, including investigations and grievance resolution (Union experience required).
Supporting workforce planning, budgeting, headcount management, and HR best practices.
Driving learning and development (L&D) programs for leadership and management.
Handling administrative HR tasks, including documentation, LOA (FMLA), and HRIS / ATS management (Paycom preferred).
Conducting M&A due diligence and supporting talent acquisition, especially for mechanic and sales roles.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of HRBP experience (preferably with 5-7 years in HR roles demonstrating career progression).
Proven ability to balance strategic partnership with operational execution
Union experience is required
Tech-savvy and process-driven, with a knack for creating and optimizing SOPs.
