Job Description :
We are seeking a Process Analyst to support a strategic initiative aimed at transitioning key operational responsibilities to external financial institutions. This role will be critical in documenting and streamlining processes across technology, compensation, human resources, invoicing, billing, and accounts payable.
The Process Analyst will work closely with 7-8 internal employees who currently manage these support functions. Responsibilities include gathering existing process documentation, identifying gaps, and requesting additional documentation as needed. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and solid administrative abilities to ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal employees to understand and document existing operational processes.
- Identify missing or incomplete documentation and proactively request additional details.
- Organize and standardize process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Support the bank’s initiative to transition responsibilities to external institutions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of documentation.
