Job Summary
Looking for a Relationships Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong connections with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure business success. This role involves understanding client needs, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products / services to existing clients.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to maintain strong retention rates.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and business reviews with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and relationship activities using CRM tools.
- Develop strategies to improve customer loyalty and engagement.
- Support business growth by identifying and onboarding new clients or partners.
