Roles and Responsibilities :
- Execute tasks assigned by the Tooling Shop Manager, ensuring adherence to work standards and plans.
- Develop and repair dies or mechanisms based on supervisor instructions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks as entrusted.
- Collaborate with die-making personnel, manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with established deadlines while monitoring production quality.
- Prepare and set up tools and machinery for production orders.
- Educate staff on the safe use and handling of equipment, adhering to organizational standards and procedures.
