About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing prompt and accurate support to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product or service information
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics and performance goals, including call time, call handling, and resolution rate
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and maintain a positive work environment
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide relevant solutions or guidance
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and data entry
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and patiently
  • A problem-solving attitude and willingness to assist customers effectively
