Plan and oversee manpower for multiple projects led by electrical Superintendents, mechanics / foreman to ensure all project tasks are completed on schedule and within the labor budget including documenting hours worked and job progress.
Read plans, specifications, and submittal data to ensure all equipment is correct and installed in accordance with the National Electric Code and manufacturer’s recommendations.
Ensure projects are properly staffed and on schedule.
Provide adequate project look ahead for staffing.
Follow directions and work productively with project managers, mechanics / foreman, co-workers, general contractors and other trades in a construction environment.
Enforce safety regulations and foster a culture of workplace safety. Follow safety protocol per OHSA competent person 30-hour training.
Requirements : Qualifications :
Verifiable 10+ years Supervising Projects ranging in size from 1-15M.
Ability to oversee 50+ employees with a wide range of skill levels.
Ability to oversee multiple projects.
Working knowledge of Office 365, computers and mobile devices such as tablets and cell phones.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must have a valid Driver's license.
Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
