We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator and lead to calculate total project costs, prepare competitive bids, and manage job progress. Salary may vary upon experience.

Must have experience in Construction/Handyman/Carpenter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track material price trends and adjust estimates to reflect changing market rates.
• Request and evaluate competitive bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee job progress and keeping the crew busy.
• Working hands on with your crew to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• This is a full-time position for a responsible person.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in construction estimating or project management. 5+ years in Construction/Handyman/Carpenter
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication for negotiating with contractors and vendors.
