Earning power for CDL-A company drivers at WEL Companies :

Mileage Pay : Earn $.62 cents per mile

OTR experienced drivers guaranteed $1,250 / week

Dedicated guaranteed pay : $1,050-$1,175 / week based on working 5 consecutive days

OTR guaranteed pay for cadets : $900 / week for first 3 months; $950 / week after that until 1 year mark; $1,000 / week after that!
