What youll do :

As an Operations Account Specialist youll be responsible for loan level pipeline management of Conventional FHA USDA and VA loan files ensuring files are advancing have accurate documentation and accurate stipulations. Youll be responsible for fostering strong partnerships with account representatives by executing loan-level tasks that accelerate loan processing and ensure a superior experience for both internal and external customers. Youll need expertise in managing operational pipelines to ensure timely and accurate loan progression while consistently meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Youll need to commit to delivering exceptional customer service by proactively resolving issues maintaining clear communication and fostering collaborative relationships across internal teams and external partners.

• Confirm loan files contain all required documentation and meets acceptable compliance (TRID and RESPA) standards and complies with established guidelines. Audit loan files to ensure the various reviews have been completed with accuracy. Verify the accuracy of data between documents and systems.
