Operations Director
Our client a therapeutic boarding school for girls is seeking a Director of Operations to join them. The Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day operations ensuring efficient and effective service delivery in compliance with regulatory standards. The role works under the supervision of the Executive Director. The operations Director provides operational policy and systems refinement toward continual improvement. This individual will lead operational planning, staff management, quality assurance, and the implementation of strategic initiatives to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a behavioral health field preferred
At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations. Experience with adolescent population, preferably in residential treatment
