Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Project Manager. As a Project Manager for the Permits section of the Engineering department you are responsible for managing the permitting process for various road-related activities, including utility installations, driveway access, and special events. This role involves coordinating with applicants, reviewing permit applications, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and overseeing the inspection of permitted work. The Project Manager also collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to address any issues and ensure that permitted activities do not disrupt road safety or infrastructure integrity.
