nCino is looking for a Senior Public and Media Relations Specialist to join its world-class Marketing organization. In this role, you will serve as a storyteller, content creator, communications project manager, and advocate for emerging media platforms for the External PR and Communications team. The role requires extensive organizational skills, attention to detail, creative, energetic, out-of-the-box ideas, and a strong interest in public relations and emerging digital media platforms.

Key responsibilities of this role will include press release drafting, reviews and coordination, media monitoring, pitching, cross-departmental coordination, organizing public engagements and interview logistics, and utilizing multi-platform content to support, manage, and develop nCino’s reputation globally.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain full responsibility for press release pipeline, coordination, and distribution SOP, including drafting, approvals, reviews, wire upload, distribution plan, etc.
• Develop external comms materials including specific press releases, media alerts, FAQs, corporate fact sheet, artistry tips and other relevant needs
• Manage logistical details, scheduling and calendars for all external media interviews
• Collaborate across global COEs and other enabling areas in support of campaign activities ensuring alignment with nCino’s PR program
• Pitch and secure coverage in trade publications, local (ILM) newspapers and magazines, radio and online media
• Collaborate with Social Media Specialist and help evolve nCino’s social media strategy and best practices across various platforms and communities including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
• Know industry and platform developments on new and current social channels
• Promote the nCino brand via content syndication for use on appropriate websites
• Create impactful content for employees to utilize on channels
