CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
1. 2 years demonstrated experience with implementing Health Care Systems.
2. 2 years demonstrated experience with the Department’s HMS system, other clinic management, or electronic health record software.
3. 2 years demonstrated experience writing, developing user and system requirements
4. 1 year demonstrated experience with Agile software development, project management and testing practices.
5. 3 years demonstrated experience in analysis, testing and flowcharting and unified modeling.
6. 3 years demonstrated experience using SQL.
7. 3 years demonstrated experience with formal software testing.
8. 3 years demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
