Role Description
The Dallas office of Walters Balido & Crain seeks an attorney with experience in civil litigation / insurance defense that primarily involves personal injury, product liability, and premises liability. Requires strong knowledge of current procedural and substantive law, as well as federal and state rules. Must have effective oral and written advocacy skills, negotiation tactics, and the ability to apply analytical skills in addressing complex legal issues.
