It is also a great working environment for our staff as we truly value and appreciate each member of our team A DAY IN THE LIFE OF a Certified Nurses Aid (CNA) As a Certified Nurses Aid at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you play a critical role in the care of our residents. You are committed to the highest level of care and responsible for the delivery of resident care (baths, personal grooming, feeding). You will turn or reposition residents who are bedridden, take residents' vital signs, and record fluid and meal intake and output. You will maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, and safety. You strive to incorporate the facilitys goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for all our residents dignity.
