We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC machines, as well as programming them using g-code. You will also be tasked with using precision measuring tools to ensure the quality of our products. This role is key to our operations and requires a meticulous and detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of CNC machines.
Responsibilities :
- Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
- Understanding specifications of the task at hand by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
- Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
- Preparing and loading raw materials and parts onto the machines.
- Supervising the machines while they execute the tasks and making any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
- Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
- Checking and maintaining machinery daily to ensure functionality.
- Troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues in a timely manner.
- Programming CNC machines with g-code, ensuring optimal performance and output.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
