We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced cabinet manufacturing facility ,deals with architectural millwork and casework and countertops.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and programming, with experience in operating milling machines and lathes. This role involves creating precise programs for CNC machines, ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process, and collaborating with the production team to meet project specifications.
Duties
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using Microvellum software for milling machines and lathes.
- Set up and operate CNC machinery, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools to verify that parts meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
- Collaborate with the assembly line team to ensure seamless integration of machined parts into final products.
- Maintain accurate documentation of programming changes, machine settings, and production runs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
