Complete ACH Collection Schedule and apply payments in a weekly basis Upload ACH Collection batch to bank module in a weekly Record & process Credit Memos and distribute to appropriate parties Communicate with customers on any requests, questions or issues related to their accounts Run reports applicable to assist a variety of accounting processes Other duties, assigned by Assistant Controller 1+ years of relevant experience; open to industry Experience working on QuickBooks or an accounting system; strong basic Excel experience Great attitude, motivated and looking for growth in their career

- This role will be reporting to the Assistant Controller who is dedicated to growth of the individual professionally in the firm
- The firm is located in the Rutherford, New Jersey area and this role will be 100% in office; some flex hybrid days will be given as well
