Reporting to the CEO of Asia Pacific (APAC), the Head of Communication (APAC) plays an integral role within the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in the strategic design, management and implementation of online & offline communications strategies, promoting our CMA CGM brand equity and value proposition within the APAC region.
Leading a team of direct and indirect reports in the region, you will also be responsible for crisis communications as well as designing and building CSR initiatives across the region aligned to CMA CGM Group Sustainability Pillars (People, Planet & Fair Trade).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategic design, implementation and management of a range of online and offline communication strategies targeting media and industry engagement, to promote CMA CGM branding and value proposition.
- Develop annual Communication Strategies in line with commercial department plans, with active collaboration with the CEO and SLT.
- Be fully responsible for Crisis Communication within the region.
- Enhance the internal and external communications of CMA CGM initiatives to improve employee, customer, and media communication to manage and grow the company's presence on social media and other digital outlets.
- Define and implement sustainable development strategies through the support of new partnerships & programs, incubation of projects, etc. aligned to CMA CGM Group Sustainability Pillars (People, Planet & Fair Trade).
- Design and build CSR initiatives across the region aligned to our company values and goals.
