Responsibilities

Oversee, plan, and execute the communications calendar
Lead maintenance and updates to website
Develop long and short form content for and manage social media sites
Manage and update contacts database
Create and design program, event, and recruitment print / marketing materials
Design, write, and disseminate newsletter
Support the writing of annual fundraising appeals, stewardship materials, and other donor related campaigns
Educate and train staff on communication / marketing best practices.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of communications / marketing or related experience required

Bachelor's degree in communications, photojournalism, broadcast journalism, film, media, visual arts, or related field preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including knowledge of AP style

Strong technical skills, including demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suites, Google Suites, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Constant
