You will work closely with various teams to foster relationships with local communities, stakeholders, clients, and partners, all while assisting in the execution of memorable, impactful events.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with local organizations, communities, and influencers.
• Promote Flourish In's events and initiatives to increase local participation.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community-focused events.
• Ensure events run smoothly by handling logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Act as a liaison between Flourish In and community partners to nurture long-term, meaningful relationships.
• Engage with attendees, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor community engagement and event success metrics.
• Provide regular reports to the team, outlining areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
