LCAT : Computer Systems Analyst
Overview : S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JCER missions in order to provide the JCER Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations.
Required Experience :
- Providing IT technical support and assistance to customers and organizations. Conducting IT help desk activities to support organizational personnel including the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT assets. Coordinates with higher level IT and leadership on policies and procedures for personnel access and use of IT assets and capabilities;
- Diagnosing and solving technical issues including email clients and internet connectivity. Resolving basic computer problems related to hardware and software issues to help personnel get back up and running in a timely manner;
- Conducting and maintaining IT asset inventories. Ensuring IT assets are accounted for, deployed, maintained, upgraded, and disposed of when necessary;
- Establishing requirements for LAN and WAN connectivity for multiple networks. Managing the identification, licensing, installation, configuration control, and maintenance of IT assets including upgrades of administrative and analytical systems and software;
- Conducting standard PC, printer / copier / scanner, phone, and cell phone management and maintenance; and
- At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience.
