Nesco Resource is seeking a Client Support Specialist for a 2 -month assignment with our client’s team in Henrietta! This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in insurance account management while providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate : $18 / hr
Shift : Monday - Friday 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide advanced customer service and support for internal staff and external clients regarding Property & Casualty insurance products, including Workers’ Compensation, ERISA bonds, BOP, and EPLI.
- Research and resolve product and service issues, answering client inquiries, troubleshooting technical problems, and escalating unresolved matters as needed.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Property & Casualty products and Workers’ Compensation Payment Services, ensuring client concerns are addressed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leveraging multiple software applications and insurance carrier websites to support inquiries.
