A client of ours based in Austin, Tx, is looking for an Estimator to join their team. This is an opportunity to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment where you can make an impact while getting rewarded for your efforts. This involves providing precise cost estimates and considering all of the project requirements. The Estimator will also be responsible for developing and managing relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and partners to ensure the best value for the client.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience

• 5+ years experience in providing estimates for ground up Commercial and / or Commercial Tenant improvement construction projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
• Familiarity with the building codes and regulations of the local area
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and labor costs

The ideal candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. The ability to stay ahead of the curve and keep up with the ever-changing landscape of the construction industry is paramount.
