The ideal candidate will have residential insurance restoration (construction, smoke, fire, water damage) estimating experience in both mitigation and repairs. This position will strive to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue, growth and profitability for the company through accurate estimating.We offer company paid training, competitive compensation and benefit packages! Come join our team today!Position includes a company vehicle.Salary is commensurate with experience and incentive plans are in place.DUTIESInspect losses, determine the appropriate scope of work, and write an estimate for a fire, water or construction loss utilizing Xactimate Estimating software and sometimes Symbility estimating software.Develop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjusters Serve as primary liaison between the customer and insurance carrierManage the job update process using Xactanalysis and Dash platforms.Participate in on-call rotationWork with project managers to develop supplements as neededmunicate with adjusters and team members to aid in job completion.QUALIFICATIONSMust be able to inspect losses in the field in potentially hazardous situations.Must be able to scope of loss with details needed to write a detailed estimate.Must have a knowledge of construction and fire and water damage mitigation.
