Responsibilities :
- A / R and A / P
- Create Project Files
- Quoting projects
- Material Tracking
- Job Costing
- Generate financial reports for Management Review
- General office administrative support
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- QuickBooks Experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Take ownership in quantity and quality of their work while demonstrating the ability to be humble & open and self-corrects
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while in different stages of each project
