The Role
The Director of Construction owns day-to-day execution from pre-construction through final punch-out. This role reports directly to ownership and works closely with finance, logistics, the build center, and field teams.

Seasafe Homes builds elevated, storm-resistant coastal homes using a disciplined two-site construction process that combines off-site modular production with high-quality site-built work.
This is a hands-on role that balances time between the field and office based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support superintendents and field teams
- Oversee site-built construction and coastal requirements
- Coordinate off-site modular production, delivery, crane operations, and set days
- Manage logistics vendors and ensure safe execution
- Maintain construction schedules using Buildertrend or similar systems
- Partner with finance on job costing and change orders
- Track permits, inspections, and quality control
- Enforce safety standards and act as escalation point for field issues
