Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator with 2-4 years of recruiting experience to partner with our field services teams, construction administration and construction materials testing, to attract diverse talent and ensure the continued success of our team.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will collaborate with the team’s technical leadership to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies. Your role will be pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting talent that aligns with our company's values, culture, and goals.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with technical leadership to develop and implement tailored recruiting strategies to meet specific talent needs
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiating and extending offers, and onboarding coordination, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an inclusive and positive recruitment process for all stakeholders
Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural alignment, and long-term potential within the company
Provide market insights and recruitment best practices to technical leadership, positioning yourself as a strategic partner in building a diverse and talented workforce
We have one position available and will consider candidates interested in working in our Omaha, NE, or North Kansas City, MO office locations. Periodic travel will be required.
Qualifications
You bring to the team :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related area
Minimum two years of progressive full cycle recruiting experience
Highly organized with ability to handle high volume recruiting needs
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools
Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally
