Title : Corporate Human Resources Manager
Location : Orange County, CA (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Job Duties :
- At least 10 years’ experience in HR, at least 3 years in a supervisory position
- Experience in mid-size large companies with at least 500 employees
- Able to work with cross functional teams and parent companies
- Must have and demonstrate excellent communication skills : written and spoken
- Will need to be able to communicate with executives and all levels of organization
- Able to do presentations and training
- Good analytical skills. Will need to be able to prepare payroll reports, analyze variances, etc.
- While will not process payroll, will need to be able to back up payroll process 100%
- Good understanding of compensation strategies, methodologies and policies
- Excellent skills in HR Information Systems, preferably ADP, ADP’s functionalities beyond payroll
- Will need to be able to prepare payroll reports, analyze variances
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. Manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas : departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations and counseling, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

Education and / or Experience :
B.A. / Master's degree (M. B. A.) / HR or equivalent degree and / or certification. No less than ten years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
