Cost Analyst : A Cost Analyst has hands-on experience using Deltek COBRA, Deltek MPM, forProject EVMS, or other EVMS tools to generate the seven formats of the IPMR. They have had responsibility collecting status, implementing Baseline Change Requests (BCR), updating and managing Estimate To Complete (ETC) and Estimate AT Complete (EAC), conducting analysis, and developing and managing responses to variances.
