BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Credit Quality Analyst opportunity in Plano, TX / Fort Worth, TX!

Position Title : Credit Quality Analyst

Location : Plano, TX / Fort Worth, TX

Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

Expected Duration : 6 months

Job Type : FULL TIME, CONTRACT, In-Office Full Time. Potential for hybrid posture after 6+ months, based on performance

Pay Range : $32.04 / hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due the factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Working shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (M-F) or 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM (M-F)

Requirements :

• 2+ years Commercial Real Estate Construction Loan Administration (Servicing) experience.
• Loan IQ / LIQ experience is considered a plus.
• Loan servicing, fulfillment, or closing background.
