This position will focus on systems infrastructure / systems and ideally looking for someone that has a couple years under their belt - this is a position where you can grow into. Strong communicator is a must for this role.

Position : Infrastructure Analyst

Duration : 6-month contract to hire, must be able to work on w2.

Location : Wichita

Conversion Salary : $ 80,000- 85,000k salary, depends on experience

Onsite Schedule : 3 days in office, 2 work from home

Must-Haves :

• Experience working with system / server infrastructure
• AWS experience, VCenter experience
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
• Hands on experience with Cisco specific devices
• Experience with monitoring tools (PRTG, Orion / Solarwinds)
• Working with firewalls (Fortigate specifically would be a huge advantage)

Insight Global is looking to hire an Infrastructure Analyst for a client of ours in the Wichita, KS area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with system infrastructure; core responsibilities are incident response, watching and executing on alerts from the monitoring tools, troubleshooting, communicating to our customers with the capabilities as escalations points. This position allows the opportunity to play with cool technologies, building servers, onboarding / decommissioning devices into our tools, firewall rules, switch configurations, FDAP, etc. We also patch all of the servers in the environment. This is not a desktop focused role and instead need someone that comes from a really strong infrastructure background.
